The location of stsadm.exe in WSS 3.0

If you plan to install templates or connect to a restore Sharepoint content database you will need stsadm.exe, on Sharepoint WSS 3.0 you will find it here:

c:\Program Files\common files\microsoft shared\web server extensions\12\bin

You will also find some other WSS tools here.
